Junior Account Specialist

You will work for a Lithuanian company successfully operating in major international markets. As a Junior Product Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure the success of our clients and the smooth operation of our services. Your role will revolve around data-driven decision-making, performance marketing, and meticulous tracking of key metrics. You'll also play a pivotal role in troubleshooting and assisting both our internal team and our clients to achieve their goals.
Requirements
1 Year of Experience in Data-Driven Marketing: A strong interest in leveraging data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies, backed by at least 1 year of practical experience.- Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues that may arise, both internally and for clients.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meticulously, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Enthusiastic, Proactive, and Eager to Learn: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks, coupled with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where success is measured through continuous improvement.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues that may arise, both internally and for clients.
- Fluent English Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English to effectively communicate with clients.
